THE WATER WALL INSTALLATION
Finally! After several delays beyond the artist's control, the Library Garden's Water Wall, entitled O de l'Eau, A Story of Water , a sculpture she has worked on for the past four years, was craned into place Saturday, October 14th, 2006. These pictures show the three 2+ ton panels being craned up 60 feet, and then sliding into their triad formation. For the next two weeks, the artist does final assembly and installation of final ceramic, glass, and kinetics to make the wall even more spectacular.
Dedication was November 10th at 5 p.m. 2006
